BIO

I create both realist and abstract paintings using a range of mediums that include oil, acrylic, watercolour, chalk pastel and mixed media.

A love of working with colour and an appreciation for clean lines and order has resulted in a body of work that features a definite style of painting, whether a still life, a collage, or portraits that aim to capture personalities and celebrate legacy and passion. I find happiness in creating paintings that make a strong emotional impact as well as paintings that are simply pleasing to the eye.

Two great influences and passions in my life have been the game of tennis and Formula One auto racing.

I live in Toronto, Canada and studied at the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD).

“In order to understand the world, one has to turn away from it on occasion.”
